Diagnosis based on 4D spinal analysis

Back pain and general complaints of the back and spine are a common problem in the orthopedic field. Up to now, X-ray images were and still are frequently used to find the cause. However, this is always associated with radiation exposure for the patient (it is therefore ruled out for pregnant women and often also for children) and shows a static image of the spine. Instead of a simple image of the spine as with conventional X-ray equipment, the radiation-free 4D device used in the private practice “Bones & Brain” captures dynamic motion sequences.

The procedure of 4D spine measurement is an ideal alternative. This special method can be used to dynamically detect misalignments of the spine and pelvis, as well as muscle tension, muscle strain or physical posture deficits. With the data obtained through this dynamic analysis, therapeutic solutions or personal training therapy can be developed in an even more targeted manner.

Even back complaints caused by a malposition of the temporomandibular joints can be analyzed and therapeutically treated with the 4D spine measurement. This is done without X-ray radiation and without touching: only the digital video camera and a projector are needed.
